岗位职责：

1.  服从部门领导及领班的工作安排，按规定的程序与标准向宾客提供一流的接待服务。

2.作好班前准备，认真检查电脑、打印机、计算器、验钞机等设备工作是否正常，并作好清洁保养工作。

3.准确熟练地收点客人现金、支票，打印客人各项收费帐单，及时，准确地为客人结帐并根据客人的合理要求开具发票。

4.熟练掌握酒店的相关知识，严格遵守各项制度和操作程序。  

上班时间：

需要上夜班，每天8小时

年龄要求： 16~35岁 

语言要求：不限
